2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All of our goods are handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of handmade items:

Slight variations in color, size, texture, and finish are normal and part of their unique character.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly.

3. Orders and Availability

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Availability may be limited based on materials and craftsmanship time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices do not include shipping unless specified.
Payment is required at the time of purchase via credit card.
We do not charge or collect Sales tax.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Some made-to-order items may require additional production time. Please refer to product pages for lead times.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is handmade:

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or custom-made pieces.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

7. Product Care

We provide care instructions with each product. Failure to follow care guidelines may void warranty or refund eligibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of The Young Designers and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of use or profits.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.
